What Will I Do as a Bilingual Client Engagement Specialist?

As a Bilingual Client Engagement Specialist at Afni, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients in both English and Spanish. Your role will involve engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing solutions to ensure a positive experience. You’ll focus on building strong relationships, fostering client loyalty, and enhancing the overall customer experience, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported in both languages.

What are the qualifications to be a Bilingual Client Engagement Specialist at Afni?

• Fluency in both English and Spanish. You’ll be assisting clients in both languages.
• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to engage with clients and address their concerns effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
